About The Role

The ICQA Research Analyst plays a crucial role in our organization by creating unique reports from data sourced from multiple locations and providing vital insights into the root causes of quality defects and inventory adjustments. The successful candidate will work closely with the ICQA, Learning, and Finance departments to provide comprehensive data and analytical support to drive business decisions and improvements.

You Will

  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the ICQA team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Partner with the Learning department to integrate data insights into training programs.
    • Coordinate with the Finance team to support financial planning and analysis with relevant data.

  • Data Collection and Management:
    • Analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive and unique reports.
    • Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective management and processing.
    • Provide actionable insights to address and prevent quality defects and inventory adjustments.
  • Report Preparation:
    • Prepare and publish reports for various business reviews, including Weekly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, and project updates.
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth research on defect trends and perform data mining to solve problems.
    • Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports.
    • Investigate and identify the root causes of quality defects and inventory discrepancies.
  • Project Support:
    • Provide data and analytical support to ICQA and Learning Team projects.
You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred: Pharmacist Technician Certification (Active in AZ)

Conditions Of Employment

  • This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
  • This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
  • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
