Position Summary
The Database Manager supports the maintenance and management of the Human Service information software and systems. This position serves as a technical point of contact and assists division management with testing of system changes, report creation, training, and data migration. The Database Manager is responsible for multiple
system and data source coordination, data analysis and report compilation. This role ensures high-quality data collection, integrity, analysis, and reporting across the organization. The Database Manager also leads database related training and technical support, ensuring users are proficient and systems are aligned with best practices
in service delivery.

Position Summary

The Database Manager is responsible for multiple
system and data source coordination, data analysis and report compilation. This role ensures high-quality data collection, integrity, analysis, and reporting across the organization. The Database Manager also leads database related training and technical support, ensuring users are proficient and systems are aligned with best practices
in service delivery.
Duties Will Also Include But Are Not Limited To
- Maintain up to date knowledge of system features and updates to make recommendations for system adoption and/or implementation
- Play a key role in the division wide management of the Human Service information systems
- Own the review, testing and implementation of system updates
- Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for database users to promote effective data entry and utilization
- Be knowledgeable of and follow all applicable regulations, procedures and policies for Goodwill of SWPA, including but not limited to attendance, training requirements, and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent AND at least 6 years' required experience OR
- Associates Degree AND at least 4 years' experience OR
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related AND at least 2 years' experience
- Maintaining CRM/HSIS systems or similar data management - robust cloud-based system of record
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and report building tools (such as Power BI or Tableau)
- Experience in troubleshooting database issues and recommending effective solutions.
- Strong ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record in analyzing data, identifying trends and extracting meaningful insight for presentation to senior leaders.
- Candidates are expected to provide current valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to first day of employment.
