About The Human Resources Officer Position
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

- Managing recruitment process and updating procedures when necessary
- Overseeing the performance of the recruitment team
- Maintaining records
- Creating new recruitment processes
- Selecting the appropriate advertising methods
- Informing team about the hiring techniques
- Taking part in career exhibitions
- Experience as a Recruitment/ HR Manager
- Knowledge of the labour laws and screening
- Familiar with MS Office
- Knowledge of human resource principles
- Effective communication skills
- BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
