Enjoin, a physician-led industry leader in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) solutions, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team. This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance core HR operations that foster a positive employee experience and drive a high-performance culture across our organization.
About The Role
The Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in supporting daily HR operations, with responsibilities across onboarding, HR administration, policy implementation, compliance, and recruitment support. This position ensures consistent execution of HR processes, delivers a seamless employee experience, and partners closely with HR leadership to strengthen engagement, culture, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate has progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Nashville, TN. General hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in an HR support or generalist role required
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance required
- Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems required
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred
- Proven discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information required
- Lead and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and procedures
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to assist with recruiting activities (sourcing, scheduling, job postings, etc.)
- Support payroll and benefits administration, including open enrollment logistics
- Coordinate employee training, orientation, and engagement initiatives
- Assist with compliance audits, reporting, and regulatory tracking
- Support employee relations and provide guidance on HR policy matters
- Contribute to policy development and performance management processes
- Act as liaison between HR and payroll to ensure alignment
- Lead or support exit interview processes and change management efforts
