We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Entry-Level Contract Coordinator to join our organization. This role is responsible for supporting the contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, organizing, and tracking contractual documents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and editing contractual documents under the supervision of senior staff.
Maintain accurate and organized contract files, records, and databases.
Track contract deadlines, expirations, renewals, and deliverables to ensure timely compliance and execution.
Coordinate the internal contract approval and signature process with relevant stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact for internal departments regarding contract status and requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in contract administration.
Support the management of vendor and client relationships throughout the contract lifecycle.
Assist with resolving contract-related issues, discrepancies, or questions as they arise.
Compile reports and summaries on contract status and performance metrics as requested.
Participate in training sessions and stay current with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a similar environment (internships considered).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with contract management software is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a deadline-driven setting.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills; a proactive and collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with basic legal terminology and contract principles.
Experience with document management or workflow systems.
Exposure to compliance or regulatory environments.
