Description

Hillwood Country Club, located in the quiet hills of Belle Meade in Nashville TN, is a picturesque haven for our members to enjoy a range of amenities, including our 18-hole golf course and simulator room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a two-story fitness facility, multiple dining rooms, premier holiday events, and so much more!

Hillwood is currently hiring Part-Time Child Care Staff Members for our Fitness & Child Care facility. As part of the Child Care team, you’ll help provide a positive and engaging environment for members’ children while their parents workout, take a fitness class, get a massage, or just need a few hours to relax in our sauna and steam rooms

Child Care hours are Monday – Saturday, 8AM – noon, plus Friday & Saturday 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Flexible scheduling based on availability!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Care for children 6 weeks and older
• Observe and maintain proper hygiene of children as needed with toilet training and diaper changing
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
• Ensure a safe and risk-free environment
• Organize and execute activities that involve and entertain children
• Build relationships and cooperate with parents
• Assist children with food and beverage consumption

Qualifications

How you’ll succeed:

• Childcare or babysitting experience is a PLUS
• Positive attitude and passion for providing great care is a MUST
