This onsite position supports key HR functions including recruitment, analytics, performance management, compensation, compliance, and onboarding. About InnovaFlex

InnovaFlex is a nontraditional-semiconductor designer and manufacturer that has capabilities to create a variety of electronics on both glass and flexible substrates. We are the largest amorphous silicon semiconductor manufacturer outside of Asia and have a variety of other products including sensors, antennas, wearables, backplanes and more for some of today’s most innovative solutions in the military, medical, industrial, and security imaging businesses. Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
  • Support annual performance review and compensation processes, including salary survey participation.
  • Coordinate and track HR and compliance trainings.
  • Prepare and maintain HR analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Provide secondary support for benefits administration, including but not limited to, leaves, health insurance inquiries, verification of employment and workers’ compensation claims.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Advanced level working experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and confidentiality requirements.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred

Certification:

  • aPHR or PHR or SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred

Compensation:

Annualized Wage: *$65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience

Annual Target Bonus: 15% (eligible for program in 2026)

*The salary range provided is an estimate representative of all experience levels. InnovaFlex considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education / training, and key skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (40+ hours/week)
  • Additional hours as needed to support business needs and meet deadlines
