The HR Onboarding Specialist processes functions for Human Resource services including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing HR sensitive data. You perform simple and routine data entry and verification tasks, and related clerical duties and you maintain compliance with I9 regulation requirements. This role will be working with Jacksons HR manager and operations leadership to verify important data.

Pay: $21.50 - $22.50/hr., plus bonus opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday.

Some of what you’ll do as the Human Resources Onboarding Specialist:

  • Review all new hires in onboarding for I9 compliance, entitlement compliance, and correct wage.
  • Troubleshoot and work within E-Verify.
  • Ensure all employees who do not complete onboarding I-9s are terminated timely.
  • Work closely with store managers on Dayforce submissions.
  • Respond and maintain HR inbox and phone tree by answering questions and escalating to the appropriate HR Department professionally.
  • Reset Dayforce password information.
  • Upload coaching forms to employee personnel records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • A High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer and team-oriented management.
  • An ability to independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proven ability to stay calm and confident under pressure, while delivering extraordinary customer service
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.

Physical requirements: Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
