This role ensures recruitment strategies align with organizational goals, oversees sourcing and candidate experience, and partners with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiting and onboarding professionals.
  • Provide performance, time management, and work oversight of direct reports.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Monitor talent acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, onboarding experience) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Identify and engage with diverse talent pipelines, including job fairs, colleges, trade schools, and professional networks.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology to streamline processes.
  • Conduct regular training for hiring managers on effective interviewing, selection techniques and using ATS.
  • Resolve escalated candidate issues or concerns and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Oversee new positions including approval process, creation of job descriptions, and entering data into HRIS.
  • Create transfer offer letters for internal employee transfers.
  • Coordinate employee referral process.
  • Manage employee and hiring team feedback surveys and share metrics with department leaders.
  • Coordinate meetings with hiring teams.
  • Hold regular direct report one-on-one meetings.
  • Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and labor market trends.
  • Proven ability to manage and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in workforce planning or talent analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Experience with high-volume or specialized recruiting preferred.
