POSITION SUMMARY

well as executing the administration of all aspects of Human Resources programs and services.
The HR Coordinator will provide assistance to all customers and respond to questions and
concerns in support of the Health First Integrated Delivery Network.

Walking and standing or lifting more than 10 pounds are required only occasionally
Must be able to tolerate long periods of computer time a day

POSITION SUMMARY

well as executing the administration of all aspects of Human Resources programs and services.
The HR Coordinator will provide assistance to all customers and respond to questions and
concerns in support of the Health First Integrated Delivery Network.
Primary Accountabilities
- Professional and courteous handling of high call volume – routing callers to the correct
- Review applicant I-9 documents such as passport, work visas and ensure all required
- Effectively communicates policy, procedure, benefits, training schedules and payroll
- Manages high volume customer service support and develops strategies to create better
- Functions as a liaison between all Human Resources Departments to ensure
customers.
- Adheres to all HIPAA and Internet security regulations when classifying, distributing, and
- Participates in and supports on-demand training (virtual or in person) to end users as
- Generates basic HRIS reports and distributes to the appropriate target audience.
- Escalates customer concerns immediately for resolution.
- Conducts research and administrative support for special projects as requested or
- Maintains and updates applicant information, status, and creation of personnel file for all
tracking system(s).
- Effectively utilizes HR software programs as needed to support to HR entities as
- Provides direct support for Associate Experience Team, Learning and Innovations,

- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in HR systems
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly motivated self-starter and able to work independently with minimal
