Are you an experienced leader with a passion for home care and team development? Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a dedicated and organized Home Care Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and support both caregivers and clients in delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of home care schedule matching caregivers with frail, elder and disabled clients
- Motivate, supervise, lead and direct office and caregiver staff in compliance with company and contract guidelines
- Manage daily office activities to include scheduling, account management, oversight of payroll, Workers Comp and Reporting
- Ensure the delivery of quality services and care
- Manage the intake of new home care cases and contracts to promote growth
- Oversee recruitment efforts
- Set and assist to meet location goals in hiring statistics and cases booked
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in home care and primarily scheduling and or supervision of schedulers
- A minimum of two (2) years management experience, preferably of paraprofessionals, with proven ability to build and lead teams
- The ability to interface effectively and professionally with clients and families
- A working knowledge of government contract management; knowledge of ASAPS preferred
- The ability to handle stressful situations with compassion, understanding and patience
- Excellent decision making, negotiation, time management skills, and written and verbal communication skills
- Account Management skills
- Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
