Job Overview

Blake Clotia is seeking a driven, organized, and relationship-oriented High-End Millwork Project Manager to join our commercial millwork team. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of millwork and casework projects-ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest standards of craftsmanship. You'll act as the key liaison between clients, internal departments, and subcontractors, playing a critical role in project coordination, communication, and execution. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Blake Clotia and clients to build strong relationships.
• Review and transmit submittals and samples for shop drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates for change orders as needed.
• Coordinate specialty suppliers and subcontractors to meet timelines and specs.
• Track and manage project schedules, forecasts, and material needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of fabricated products and perform periodic quality inspections.
• Communicate project changes and updates clearly and in a timely manner.
• Use ERP software to enforce process rules and document project status.
• Participate in internal handoff meetings and coordinate closely with engineering and operations.
• Support contract and document review alongside leadership.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and scheduling techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction blueprints.
• Familiarity with millwork, woodworking, or casework fabrication is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities.
