Job Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic, remote team on a part-time contract basis. This role is crucial in driving data-driven marketing strategies within the healthcare sector, enabling our organization to enhance patient engagement and improve overall marketing effectiveness. Your analytical expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to market trends, patient needs, and competitive positioning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in healthcare marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making and provide actionable recommendations to enhance market positioning.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies effectively to stakeholders.
  • Utilize various analytics tools and software to track campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Support the development of content for marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare marketing dynamics.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms, along with strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance issues related to marketing.
  • Previous experience in a remote working environment.
