Job Description
As part of Premium Service team, the Coordinator – Premium Service will overseeing activities related to the renewal and servicing of Premium Suites at American Family Field. This includes forming and maintaining relationships with key contacts, helping execute integrated business plan, and collaborating to create a positive experience for each Premium customer to encourage renewal of existing contracts.

As part of Premium Service team, the Coordinator – Premium Service will overseeing activities related to the renewal and servicing of Premium Suites at American Family Field. This includes forming and maintaining relationships with key contacts, helping execute integrated business plan, and collaborating to create a positive experience for each Premium customer to encourage renewal of existing contracts.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop positive relationships with Premium clients and assist with special requests and ticket fulfillment while onboarding new Lease partners.
- Assist with handling in-game duties for the Premium Department for roughly 40 home games per year; serve as day of supervisor for concierge staff and interns, executing pre-game and in-game promotions and fulfilling Suite visits and special requests for Suiteholders
- Assist in report creation, finding ways to make processes of data collection more automated and efficient.
- Help facilitate and execute Suiteholder events; including coordination with design team on invitations, tracking RSVP’s and working with other departments needed to implement event.
- Maintain Suite lease information; track current Suite leases, payment schedules, benefits.
- Assist in invoicing process and payment monitoring.
- Manage the contract and information database.
- Oversee creation of collateral and reference forms for annual internal & external use as to improve client experience and sales initiatives.
- Assist with suite rental procedures and inventory tracking.
