Head of People

Seeking a strategic and pragmatic Head of People to lead talent acquisition, leadership development, and culture initiatives.

• Conduct end-to-end hiring for senior roles, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with leaders on workforce planning.
• Design onboarding, growth pathways, and development programs to cultivate emerging leaders and support organizational goals.
• Shape and promote company culture through workshops, rituals, and behavior modeling, ensuring alignment and shared values.
• Provide coaching to managers, facilitate team dynamics, and support leadership in performance management.
• Develop tools to assess organizational health, engagement, and cultural fit, refining feedback and performance frameworks.
  
  

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HR or talent roles, success in senior recruiting, and experience partnering with executive teams. Strong strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, facilitation skills, and project management are essential. A mission-driven mindset, adaptability, and experience building or refining systems from scratch are preferred.
