We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Handyman for Real Property Management Talent. The Handyman is responsible for providing basic residential maintenance for the properties we manage. Strong candidate will bring a full range of general handyman skills. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization. One requirement will be to communicate effectively with the office and with clients using a tablet. This person will need to schedule their own appointments and create reports from the software we use. References required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner
• Site visits are necessary
• Other duties as assigned
• Communicate with office consistently on a tablet provided
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions
• Company van is provided
• Computer literacy is a must
• Decision making skills and initiative are important
  
  

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
