Are you a highly motivated creative professional? Do you like to push the envelope with new ideas and collaborate with team members while thriving in an inspired problem-solving environment? If so, M&IW is seeking a talented and highly motivated graphic designer. In this role you will be responsible for executing design solutions in supporting needs of M&IW clients. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative projects. Responsibilities include digital and print media, branding, logo development, marketing campaigns, presentation design, visual storytelling, social media graphics, and more. Video creation and editing a plus!

What You Will Do Here

• Design and deliver high-quality, innovative creative materials and videos to enhance client and internal client requirements
• Serve as a vital team member of the creative services team and provide leadership to other members of the graphic design and creative team and contractors
• Develop brand and product messaging to promote competitive advantages and value propositions
• Create and design visually appealing, concise customer creative requests such as (but not limited to): logo development, graphic design for web usage (invitations, websites, communication), theme development, event marketing videos and more
• Create clean, compelling imagery/branding for brochures, white papers, case studies, blog posts, sales materials, etc.
• Assist with theming email marketing campaigns, including design and execution
• Maintain open communication with creative services, internal operations, business development, and executive team
• Adhere to strict client deadlines and manage projects effectively and in a timely manner
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related.
• 5+ years’ experience
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Video creation, editing and conceptualization is a plus
• Ability to organize and manage projects with the pressure of frequent deadlines
• Advanced skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (required), MAC skills a plus
• Advanced skills in creative design programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and more within the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Demonstrate capacity for embracing change and learning new technologies and processes
• Understanding of events and travel industries is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a virtual office
