The role leads workstream Innovation and Transformation initiatives on a global scale through collaboration with internal and external resources, leveraging L6S and project management methodologies to ensure efficient and successful project implementations. Further, the role is responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and C2C GBS Operations in the elements of process design, technology, policy, and data governance to deliver best-in-class operations.

Primary Purpose Of This Position

What will you be responsible for?
- Develop and maintain a transparent and relevant Innovation and Transformation roadmap and portfolio, working closely with the GBS Leadership, C2C GBS Operations and business/functional capability organization (global and regional) to identify opportunities and business benefits, build out detailed implementation plans and measure business outcomes.
- Coordinate the identification, prioritization, and implementation of new platform and process capabilities in partnership with business stakeholders, captive and C2C GBS Operations.
- Act as Change and Transformation Lead for the C2C workstream through structural transformation as required
- Develop and translate C2C transformation and continuous improvement strategy into objectives and process framework.
- Ensure all change and improvement ideas and projects adhere to the contractual agreement as well as to internal Ball standard, process and system requirements
- Provide strategic direction while communicating the vision for the global processes, ensuring a high level of standardization and minimization of local variants throughout project execution.
- Responsible for:
- Work together with 3rd party to ensure a successful GBS transformation
- Work together with C2C GBS Operations to ensure contractual terms on Continuous Improvement – value creation, cost and FTE reduction, BPA are consistently met
- Ensure all change requests and initiatives are aligned with the contractual agreements as well as the overall C2C strategy and priorities and other ongoing projects.
- Has a strong overview of all ongoing projects and initiatives both within Ball and delivered by C2C GBS Operations, ensuring the right priorities, resource and budget allocation
- Responsibilities are carried out in a variety of capacities, including internal expert and also leader and influencer of change and continuous improvement. Execution of job responsibilities requires close coordination with internal GSS teams, Ball Stakeholders and customers/external consultants.
- Conduct campaigns to ensure end-to-end stakeholder buy-in and support during implementation and post-implementation of initiatives. Work closely with C2C GBS Operations to ensure implementation methodology and standards as stipulated in the contract.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a global environment; interacting with and influencing business partners at all levels of the organization.
- Support the development of standardized/centralized SLA and KPI reporting.
- Accountable for the accuracy and reliability of SLA and KPI reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate change management and training relative to new processes or platforms both within Ball and with the BPO provider.
- Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, the division, the group, and the company as well as with C2C GBS Operations.
- Includes ability to handle stress and to interact with others so as to establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment and minimize personal conflicts.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus
- Job related experience for 10 year(s) minimum, including working with BPO through the whole lifecycle
- Good practical understanding of the end to end Customer-to-Cash processes
- Experience with ERP and related edge applications; including JDE, SAP, EDI
- Prior experience in leading process re-engineering and standardization based on industry leading practices in a global environment preferred
- Ability to work independently on complex issues that may require in depth analysis of data and business processes
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural understanding skills
- Strong attention to detail and high quality of work output
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner
- Must follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Ball Corporation manuals
- Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills
- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
- Hiring Salary Range: $108,500 - $155,030 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
