Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an accurate calendar
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for clients
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing inquiries
- High school diploma or equivalen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
- Competitive hourly wage ($16 - $22 per hour).
