Key Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine layout and framing requirements
- Measure and cut materials to build and install frames, trusses, and other structural components
- Ensure frames are level, plumb, and properly aligned
- Install insulation and other building materials as needed
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
- 2+ years of experience in commercial framing
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
