The ideal candidate will drive financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and partner with leadership to optimize business performance through comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting.

What You'll Do
Lead the development of annual budgets, long range financial plans, and capital expenditure strategies
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across departments
Evaluate the financial impact f marketing initiatives, promotions, and operational programs
Manage and develop the FP&A team, ensuring accountability and staff growth
What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Knowledge of gaming industry
Leadership experience managing teams
