This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in layout, metal stud framing, drywall, and finish carpentry, along with the ability to manage teams of 2-10 workers, maintain production goals, and ensure the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2-10 carpenters on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Perform layout and material take-offs
• Track and maintain project material inventory
• Document progress through detailed reports and photos via iPad apps
• Execute and oversee tasks including:
• Light gauge metal framing
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Doors, hardware, trim, and Division 10 installations
• Ensure work meets specifications and is 'plumb, square, and level'
• Communicate effectively with project managers and fellow trades
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Proficient with layout, blueprint reading, and framing
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer/iPad skills for daily reporting
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Occasional weekend work and overtime available
