- Lead a crew of 2-10 carpenters on commercial job sites
- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Perform layout and material take-offs
- Track and maintain project material inventory
- Document progress through detailed reports and photos via iPad apps
- Execute and oversee tasks including:
- Light gauge metal framing
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Doors, hardware, trim, and Division 10 installations
- Ensure work meets specifications and is 'plumb, square, and level'
- Communicate effectively with project managers and fellow trades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
- 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Proficient with layout, blueprint reading, and framing
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer/iPad skills for daily reporting
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
