The National Sales Manager - Foodservice is responsible for the development and execution of strategy to drive sales growth, share, volume and distribution in the channel with a focus on non-commercial key segments such as Vending, Corporate Dining, Hospital, and Education (K12 & College and University). The National Sales Manager, Foodservice is responsible for both acquisition of new accounts and the retention and management of key accounts and contracts. In this assignment, we are looking for you to be self-led, resourceful, and committed to creating the next big brand in beverage. Importantly, we expect you to operate with a "Drive, Not Ride" mentality.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $125,000- $135,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview, process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify market opportunities, segment strategy, develop sales plans, and drive execution to maximize revenue in the United States and Canada
- Build and manage strong client relationships with GPO headquarters, segment leads and associated distributors: Sodexo, Aramark, Foodbuy, Vistar, Entegra, and Avendra
- Manage a broker to amplify non-commercial reach and ensure alignment to strategic initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the regional sales managers and lead customer reporting, forecasting, customer on-boarding to ensure compliance
- Lead quarterly review and annual top to top meetings
- Contribute to the development and management of annual sales plan and budget as related to the strategic growth plans and objectives of the sales channel
- Complete assigned projects, presentations, and plans as directed by senior management
- Manage trade spend budget and stay within annual guardrails as a percentage of gross and net sales
- Participate in trade shows and events to form deep customer relations, ensuring poppi remains top of mind within the foodservice community
- Utilize management tools (distributor reporting, GPO reporting, Power BI, etc.) to analyze data on critical business drivers to improve results
- Regularly inform the poppi field sales team, regional sales managers, DSD's and broadliners on important retail updates for new accounts confirmed
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Existing client relationships with GPO segment leads and HQ
- A bias for action and driving results
- Ability to prioritize to in order to meet long term, short term, and unexpected priorities
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Committed work ethic to representing brand and company with highest standards of professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with collaboration at the forefront
- 5+ years of sales experience in noncommercial foodservice management at regional level, national level preferred
- 3+ years of experience managing national broadline distributors
- Bachelor's degree or practical experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Travel requirements up to 65% across North America
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands
