We’re seeking a Home Care Sales Specialist to grow our business through strong community relationships, effective follow-up, and compassionate guidance for families starting care. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to open doors and turn connections into trusted care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate, pursue, and convert qualified leads to grow the agency’s client base
• Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabs, discharge planners, physicians, and senior communities
• Respond promptly to new inquiries and perform in-home or virtual consultations to convert leads into active clients
• Represent FirstLight at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and professional functions
• Track activities, leads, conversions, and pipeline through our CRM and scheduling tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
  
  
  

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should:

• Have a High School diploma or GED required; college coursework or healthcare experience preferred
• Have a Minimum of 2 years proven success in sales, preferably in home care, healthcare, or service-based industries
• Be a confident communicator with a professional presence, strong follow-through, and closing ability
• Be tech-literate and able to manage outreach and tracking across CRM, MacBook/iPhone, and scheduling platforms
• Be personable, compassionate, and client-centered—but motivated by goals and results
