What You'll Be Doing
- Generate, pursue, and convert qualified leads to grow the agency’s client base
- Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehabs, discharge planners, physicians, and senior communities
- Respond promptly to new inquiries and perform in-home or virtual consultations to convert leads into active clients
- Represent FirstLight at networking events, community outreach opportunities, and professional functions
- Track activities, leads, conversions, and pipeline through our CRM and scheduling tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
- Have a High School diploma or GED required; college coursework or healthcare experience preferred
- Have a Minimum of 2 years proven success in sales, preferably in home care, healthcare, or service-based industries
- Be a confident communicator with a professional presence, strong follow-through, and closing ability
- Be tech-literate and able to manage outreach and tracking across CRM, MacBook/iPhone, and scheduling platforms
- Be personable, compassionate, and client-centered—but motivated by goals and results
