Occupational Therapist (OT) position available in Colorado. Qualifications include a current Colorado OT license, prior home care experience preferred, minimum one year of recent OT work experience, ability to work independently, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency in EMR. Responsibilities involve home visits, patient evaluations, intervention planning, environmental assessments, equipment recommendations, care plan revisions, patient education, and accurate documentation.
