What You'll Do
- Be responsible for overall management and fiscal operations and for a high quality of resident care and services in accordance with professional standards, state and federal rules and regulations, and operational policies.
- Plan, organize, and direct all administrative duties within the residential portion of the community.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative capacity in a hospital, retirement or assisted living community, or long-term care facility.
- A degree in Business Administration or Liberal Arts preferred, but not required.
- Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills.
