The Executive Assistant is a pivotal partner to FS-ISAC’s CEO and senior leadership team. This role ensures the CEO’s time and attention are focused where they matter most — advancing FS-ISAC’s mission to safeguard the global financial system.
This is not simply an administrative position. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted representative of the CEO’s office, ensuring seamless coordination across priorities, meetings, and communications. By enabling efficiency at the top, this role has an outsized impact on FS-ISAC’s ability to lead the global financial sector through mutual defense.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, briefings, visually compelling presentations, and reports for executive leaders and external stakeholders.
- Collect input from a wide range of stakeholders and translate it into polished, visually engaging presentations with a clear narrative and point of view.
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and FS-ISAC staff, members, partners, board members, and external stakeholders — ensuring clear, timely communication and follow-up.
- Support the preparation, coordination, and logistics of board meetings, executive team meetings, and high-level events.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Process and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maximize impact.
- Track and coordinate key initiatives, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure accountability across the leadership team.
- Assist with special projects, research, and other priorities as assigned by the CEO.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global, or mission-driven organization.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills — able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and grace under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence.
- Proven discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on PowerPoint (complex, visually engaging presentations), Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong experience managing expense reports and familiarity with related tools or platforms.
- Experience coordinating board meetings is a plus.
- A proactive, adaptable problem-solver with a resourceful, service-oriented mindset.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Washington, D.C. metro area.
