This role will also assist with organizational space planning for the broader APB organization along with backup support to the Lead EA.
As the Executive Assistant, you will proactively manage complex calendars, communications, and priorities for the leadership team while identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate. A key aspect of your role will be organizing, planning, and executing space management for the APB team, including coordinating team moves at the North American Stores level. Your responsibilities include leading and executing cross-functional projects that impact organizational effectiveness, developing and optimizing processes, and serving as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. You will handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion, complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, and build positive team environments while establishing strong working relationships.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of executive support experience and a proven track record of leading complex projects and driving results. You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Your demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization and experience in developing and implementing process improvements will be crucial to your success. Knowledge of leveraging AI to enhance the executive assistant role is a plus.
We value candidates who demonstrate a strategic mindset paired with excellent tactical execution abilities, high degree of initiative, and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and the ability to prioritize competing demands are essential. The fast-paced nature of our organization requires adaptability, resilience, and the ability to react with appropriate urgency to time-sensitive situations.
In this role, you will have direct impact on organizational effectiveness and leadership productivity, wielding influence across multiple teams and departments. You will manage high-visibility projects and initiatives while serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team. This position offers significant opportunity for growth and impact within Amazon Private Brands, requiring someone who can consistently demonstrate both tactical excellence and strategic thinking while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
