PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for our corporate office in Columbus.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintains confidentiality on all corporate, personnel, and patient relations matters.
- Performs complex and confidential administrative functions, including but not limited to, preparing correspondence, drafts, reports, contracts, memos etc. Creates and maintains databases and spreadsheet files.
- May work with the CEO in supporting the Board of Directors and committees in preparing agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions.
- Trains and supervises other support staff assigned to the executive office as necessary.
- Directly manages Executive's calendar and scheduling of appointments. Screens incoming calls and correspondences.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance as directed by the Executive in his/her absence.
- Organizes PrimaryOne Health programs, events, meetings, and conferences by arranging facilities, issuing information and invitations and coordinating speakers.
- Maintains current policies and procedures manuals for the organization and revises documents as changes occur.
- May facilitate and support Board of Directors communications, scheduling, onboarding, training, compliance and governance activities.
- Works independently and/or with a team on ongoing and special projects.
- General office duties including typing, copying, filing, faxing and related clerical work.
- Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors, and patients.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
