The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage executive projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and prioritize executive emails, calls, and communication.
- Assist with event planning, including arranging company meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
