Linked Light Pulse is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various corporate and public events. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure each event runs smoothly, aligns with goals, and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned events from start to finish
• Liaise with clients to determine event objectives, budgets, and logistics
• Select and manage vendors, venues, and event staff
• Monitor event timelines and ensure all milestones are met
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Prepare event reports and provide post-event analysis
• Manage on-site event coordination and resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events
