Overview
FC Tulsa is seeking a creative, data-driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our online merchandise sales, grow our digital fanbase, and turn passion for the club into measurable revenue.
This role blends e-commerce, digital marketing, and light vendor coordination to create a unified fan experience across web, email, and social platforms. You’ll own FC Tulsa’s online store, digital campaigns, and marketing automations. Helping us drive fan engagement, merchandise revenue, and brand visibility.

E-Commerce Management
FC Tulsa is seeking a creative, data-driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our online merchandise sales, grow our digital fanbase, and turn passion for the club into measurable revenue.
This role blends e-commerce, digital marketing, and light vendor coordination to create a unified fan experience across web, email, and social platforms. You’ll own FC Tulsa’s online store, digital campaigns, and marketing automations. Helping us drive fan engagement, merchandise revenue, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
- Manage and optimize FC Tulsa’s Shopify store: product listings, descriptions, imagery, pricing, categories, and customer experience.
- Plan and execute online product launches, seasonal promotions, and limited-edition drops.
- Maintain accurate online inventory counts in coordination with fulfillment staff and warehouse operations.
- Own the customer service inbox ([email protected]): respond to fan inquiries, order status questions, and basic support needs in a timely and professional manner (volume is light).
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Serve as point of contact for merchandise vendors, printers, and kit suppliers.
- Develop reorder recommendations based on sales trends and inventory data.
- Coordinate timelines for product production and delivery to ensure merchandise availability for online and in-stadium sales.
- Prepare purchase recommendations for leadership approval
- Maintain and update websites for all FC Tulsa entities.
- Manage and build HubSpot landing pages for marketing, ticketing, and partner campaigns.
- Execute newsletters, e-commerce offers, and event notifications via Mailchimp and HubSpot.
- Develop and optimize lifecycle and transactional email automations (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement).
- Lead CRM marketing initiatives through HubSpot, building segmented fan journeys that drive merchandise purchases, ticket sales, and long-term engagement.
- Manage retargeting and paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) to grow online sales and fan database.
- Collaborate with creative and social media teams to ensure campaigns align with brand voice and fan engagement goals.
- Integrate digital promotions with matchday experiences and sponsor activations.
- Monitor campaign performance across Shopify, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and paid channels.
- Generate monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Track and report on KPIs including online revenue, conversion rate, average order value, fan database growth, and email engagement metrics.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sponsorship, and Operations to align digital campaigns and in-person experiences.
- Partner with Finance on vendor invoicing and fulfillment expense reconciliation.
- Support FC Tulsa Foundation and community programs with digital marketing tie-ins and landing pages.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (sports, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Proficiency in Shopify, HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, and landing pages), Wordpress, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and digital conversion funnels.
- Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
