The E-commerce Administrator supports the enhancement and expansion of our ecommerce channel capabilities, increasing revenue and customer adoption. This role will enable Sales to promote ecommerce, enable new revenue streams and sales and service campaigns, and ensure that performance metrics are met or exceeded. The Ecommerce Administrator collaborates with Customer Care, Channel and Product Marketing, Sales and Service Operations, Global Ecommerce leadership, and liaises regularly with the Global E-Commerce Center of Excellence, reporting to the VP, Commercial Excellence, Americas.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration, Marketing and/or Computer Science or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of direct experience in B2B e-commerce platforms
Success in influencing teams as a support function, a plus.
Success in implementing technical solutions a plus.
KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Must be a self-starter, strong business acumen and self-discipline.
Must display enthusiasm, perseverance, reliability, ethical standards, and influencing skills
Demonstrated dedication to delivering a positive customer experience.
Must possess excellent communication and time management skills, be responsive with a sense of urgency, and be skilled at prioritizing efforts and at problem solving.
Must be comfortable working with software and
Willingness to travel overnight, infrequently.
Must be willing and able to conduct training seminars and comfortable in the sales cycle.
Must be able to successfully present regular updates to US Sales Leadership.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Demonstrated proficiency in use of Excel and PowerPoint

The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position. It may not include potential bonus incentives such as annual bonus’ as well as sales and sales related incentives, or overtime (on eligible positions). The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses, and the location from which they will work. The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the job's location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

- Proclaim the E-commerce solution value proposition to the market.

- Deliver digital solution enhancements and initiative rollouts, including training and communication to external and internal stakeholders to optimize participation and results.
- Activate commercial offerings, product bundles and packages to increase sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to deliver continuous improvement.
- Collect regional platform requirements and influence global e-Commerce Center of Excellence product development roadmap.
- Support sales and service leadership with digital solution forecasts.
- Develop and track performance KPI’s; recommend and implement actions to improve.
- Deliver regular performance updates and improvement plan reviews to senior leadership.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration, Marketing and/or Computer Science or related field preferred.
