Your Purpose

Brightline is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Partnerships to lead the execution and operationalization of high-impact partnerships that enhance customer experience and drive ridership and revenue. As the Director of Partnerships, you will oversee all logistics and operations related to Brightline’s strategic partners, including but not limited to: shuttle and last-mile transportation services, baggage handling programs, live event coordination, and experiential activations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and a passion for delivering seamless, customer-centric travel experiences.

If you are a dynamic, high-performing and results-driven professional that wants to make an impact, this is the perfect opportunity!

Your Role [Essential Functions]:

Operational & Logistics Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of all logistics tied to partner integrations (shuttles, baggage programs, first-mile/last-mile connectivity, on-site activations, etc.).
  • Serve as the operational point of contact between Brightline and external partners, ensuring service-level excellence and timely execution.
  • Coordinate across internal departments (Transportation, Guest Experience, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to ensure partnership deliverables are met.
  • Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each partnership activation and logistical touchpoint.
  • Monitor and optimize service performance metrics related to partnership operations.

Partnership Strategy & Account Management

  • Manage relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with Brightline’s brand, business objectives, and guest experience goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships or introduce new operational enhancements.
  • Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams, focusing on both commercial and operational terms.

Marketing & Activations

  • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to develop and execute co-branded campaigns and on-site activations that enhance the guest journey.
  • Ensure all partner touchpoints are brand-compliant and contribute to a best-in-class guest experience.
  • Lead event-based activations tied to key partners, including pre-event planning, onsite logistics, and post-event reporting.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs across all partnership activations with a focus on ridership growth, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver regular updates and post-mortem reports to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain an annual partnership operations calendar and budget.
