We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure that every aspect of the event is meticulously coordinated from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a variety of events according to client needs and objectives.
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Work with clients to create event timelines, budgets, and promotional strategies.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure services.
• Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
• Develop marketing materials and strategies to promote events effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficiency in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
