Position Overview
We’re excited to welcome a newly renovated property and introduce the Spark by Hilton brand to the Peachtree Group, Hospitality Management. We are looking for a high-energy Director of Sales to lead the way.

You’ll lead sales strategy, grow business relationships, and position this property as a top choice for travelers, businesses, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues.
- Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.
- Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue, and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses.
- Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.
- Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertain and/or travel to events to generate business.
- Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and/or new conversations to spark new leads.
- Be a closer! Negotiate, flex, adopt, maximize, and optimize to close business.
- 1+ years hotel sales within major brands and/or 2+ years non-hotel, proven sales leadership experience.
- Ability to learn systems technology.
- Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best self.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are a must.
