Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of PT, OT, and Speech Therapy departments
- Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal resident care
- Licensed PT, OT, or SLP in Massachusetts
- Previous rehab management or DOR experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled in documentation, productivity, and staff development
