Nature Of Work
In this role you will oversee all physical plant within the Denver Summit FC owned and operated
infrastructure. You will ensure that all buildings are efficiently programmed and performing optimally
based on occupancy and schedule demands.

Nature Of Work
In this role you will oversee all physical plant within the Denver Summit FC owned and operated
infrastructure. You will ensure that all buildings are efficiently programmed and performing optimally
based on occupancy and schedule demands.
Examples Of Work Performed
- Hire, train, manage, and onboard Manager, Ops/Facilities at CommonSpirit Performance Center and a Maintenance Technician to provide service at both the Temporary Stadium and Performance Center
- Serve as head of engineering for all Denver Summit FC owned and operated facilities
- Participate in the development and administration of the Facilities operations and capital budgets; forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor and approve expenditures; implement adjustments as necessary
- Develop and update comprehensive management reports and manuals (i.e. Operations Manual, Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan, Annual Facility Report, Fire Code Rules & Regulations, etc.)
- Conduct a variety of organizational and operational studies; recommend modifications to programs, policies, and procedures as needed
- Work with the Sr. Director, Stadium Operations to maintain an up-to-date facility register
- Assist with sustainability efforts. Create, track, and maintain monthly and annual documentation as it relates to energy use, waste mitigation, water use, etc.
- Negotiate and manage all 3rd party contracts as it pertains to MEP, preventative maintenance equipment rentals, etc.
- Maintain compliance and systems maintenance (fire inspections, life safety equipment, temporary buildouts, other 3rd party compliance inspections, etc.) and
- Respond to maintenance issues and work orders as they arise and develop time and budget sensitive approaches to remediation
- Maintain a proactive and preventive approach to facilities management
- Work closely with Food and Beverage team to ensure all equipment is in proper working function; and
- Physical plant support services for major events
- Maintain the official records of all drawings, blueprints, layout and design standards, etc., and administer all other engineering documentation necessary to maintain current as-builds, warranty information, and operating manuals; and
- Responsible for all equipment rentals including but not limited to generators, golf carts, forklifts, aerial lifts, etc.
- Incorporate energy-saving measures and monitor utility conservation to ensure the least cost.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Typical Office Conditions
- Primary location to be at Permanent Stadium once completed
- Travel between facilities as necessary
- Would require workspace hoteling at certain facilities
- Lift 50 lbs. daily
- Work in extreme weather conditions
- Minimum
- 7+ years’ experience in the field of Building Management, Professional Sports, Live
- Experience with various MEP systems
- Experience negotiating and management 3rd party service contracts
- Experience with recruiting, hiring, training, managing, motivating a team
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred
- BS degree in Engineering
- Experience either working with or working for 3 rd party contracted security groups
- Experience with TV and radio broadcast
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company

- Base salary range $95,000 – $110,000 per annum
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
