Director of Construction Training

Do you want to use your expertise in homebuilding to help others grow in their craft? We are looking for a leader to develop and execute a comprehensive construction training program. In this role, you will partner with our homebuilding construction leaders to design, implement, and deliver classroom, on-site/field, and virtual training sessions for our Construction Associates.

What We’re Looking For

• Expert-level knowledge of the construction process, from land development or lot release to construction and closing, with a focus on Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Cycle Time/Efficiency.
• Proficiency in building construction methods, materials, building code requirements, quality standards, and homebuilding project management software (preferably BuildPro).
• Strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
• Experience in designing, managing, and delivering successful training programs, ideally within a construction environment.
• Flexibility to travel frequently (up to 75%), including overnight stays.
