Digital Testing & Personalization Specialist

Under the direction of the Supervisor, Mobile Marketing & E-Commerce, the Digital Testing & Personalization Specialist develops and supports digital testing and personalization strategies for our Mobile Marketing initiatives. Responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing testing for campaigns, in addition to driving learnings, insights, and recommendations based on user behavior and testing outcomes to Mobile objectives. The Digital Testing & Personalization Specialist also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribe’s vision, mission, and values.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Creates, executes, monitors, tests, and reports on channel engagement campaigns and corresponding personalized communication strategies.
• Develops, oversees, tests, and analyzes communication and marketing strategies for Mobile channels.
• Examines engagement metrics and segments performance to optimize performance.
• Analyzes post-campaign results and provides post-test insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Presents complex information, strategy, and recommendations clearly and succinctly.
• Monitors product and industry standards and develops testing benchmarks to ensure digital products and strategies are Best in Class.
• Monitors campaign tracking and performance tests, to ensure optimal performance, personalization, and user journey.
• Works with developers and stakeholders to optimize digital experiences for guest.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
  
  

Educational, Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Communications required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in multiple communication channels including direct mail, e-mail, mobile and social media required.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

• Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Required Licenses, Certifications And Registrations

• At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
