Description
The Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to help build and maintain a searchable digital photo archive that documents and celebrates our history. This role ensures assets are well-organized, accessible, and preserved for long-term use while also supporting website and mobile app updates to deliver fresh, accurate, and engaging content across digital platforms.
In this role you will:
This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to Manager, Lifestyle & Brand Photography. The primary work location is the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have valid driver’s license and transportation as travel is required. Physical requirements will include lifting, bending and working in environments with loud noise and flashing lights. Events may take place in both indoor and outdoor venues with varying temperatures.

The Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to help build and maintain a searchable digital photo archive that documents and celebrates our history. This role ensures assets are well-organized, accessible, and preserved for long-term use while also supporting website and mobile app updates to deliver fresh, accurate, and engaging content across digital platforms.
In this role you will:
- Assist the Director of Digital Operations & Content Strategy in maintaining, organizing, and expanding the digital photo archive to ensure content is accessible, accurate, and optimized for brand impact
- Serve as a key resource for all departments, streamlining workflows to meet real-time needs such as game night coverage, event documentation, brand-driven visuals, and internal digital updates
- Manage timely updates to the website and app during game nights and major events, ensuring content syndicates across multiple channels and platforms
- Execute content updates across digital platforms, ensuring visuals remain fresh, engaging, and consistent with brand standards
- Ensure accuracy and quality across all published content, from photo metadata to live web updates, ensuring brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly and managing multiple priorities with efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Background in styling, art direction, portrait photography and creative direction, with familiarity in marketing and advertising campaigns
- Understanding how photography conveys lifestyle, culture, and identity to create impactful fan experiences
- Proficiency working across websites, apps, and digital platforms where brand visuals engage with diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS), specifically WordPress, for publishing and maintaining content
- Skills in video content creation or motion photography
- Ability to collaborate across departments and support leadership initiatives, ensuring clear communication and execution
- Composure and adaptability under the pressure of game nights and live events, responding quickly and confidently to shifting priorities
