Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Specialist will coordinate multiple marketing channels, all with a digital focus. They will manage our social media presence on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. All website content and digital marketing efforts, such as webinars and podcasts will be created, updated, and maintained by this seat. Their main goal will be to generate digital engagement with IMMY’s marketing pieces to generate interest in our products, therefore generating new leads and opportunities for IMMY.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage all Social Media Channels
• LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify (podcast)
• Ensures that all messaging on social media is on-brand and relevant to our intended audience
• Manage Website and Web Content
• Assurance that all immy.com website content is on-brand and updated properly
• Tracking of website metrics over time
• Coordination of relevant and engaging website content
• Maintain and Update all Product Imagery/Videography
• Ensure that all product imagery and videography is up-to-date and in line with brand standards
• Coordination of photography or videography services as necessary
• Liaison to Contracted Marketing Content Generators
• Coordinate creation of marketing materials such as motion graphics, 3D images, GIF renderings, animated videos, etc. on contracted design platforms, such as Fiverr.
• Management of IMMY Podcast and IMMY Webinars
• Coordinate creation and dissemination of IMMY’s fungal podcast episodes
• Coordinate logistics and setup for IMMY webinars
• Execute Email Campaigns
• Develop and execute product marketing email blasts
  

Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience in Social Media platforms for business use
• Highly organized and thorough in completing tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Additional Qualifications

• Experience in website generation software
• Experience in HubSpot CRM
• Experience in Photography, videography, or photo/video editing
• Experience in a life science business
