You will spearhead the development and execution of creative campaigns across various media channels, aligning with our brand and marketing goals. Your focus will be on creating compelling content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and ensuring consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of creative campaigns across various media, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Ideate, create, and curate engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Manage digital campaign production, contributing strong conceptual thinking and content creation skills.
- Monitor social media trends and foster an engaged online community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align creative efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content for improved reach, engagement, and conversion.
- 2 - 4 years' experience in creating digital content, with a deep understanding of content requirements and the ability to conceptualize and ideate creative solutions.
- Portfolio supporting years of prior experience.
- Strong eye for design, composition, and layout, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), InDesign, and After Effects.
- Experience in creating and editing animated content (e.g., GIFs) using software like Photoshop and After Effects, with a plus if experienced in motion graphics and animation.
- Strong content creation skills across photography, videography, editing, and writing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure and interpret performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive and positive approach to problem solving and an ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for social media, pop-culture, and trends.
