Were looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Digital Ad Specialist

who is willing to take calculated risks. We need you to show us you can

juggle, organize, and build relationships both internally and with our

external partners and agencies. You may have heard our internet is

crazy-fast, possibly only outmatched by the hustle of this team. Things

dont move slowly in our fiberhood, we need someone who can keep up. You

will work closely with the Marketing team to execute a variety of tasks

within marketing, social media, sales, public relations, event

coordination, and internal communication, to name a few. The world of

technology and ALLO is constantly evolving, we will want to hear about

your ability to adapt, flex, and pivot as needed. Knowledge and

experience are essential, but character is just as important. We look

Responsibilities

• Place ads specifically through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and
  
  

Geofencing platforms to help us reach our advertising goals and

deliverable KPIs.

• Analyze and understand the performance of digital ads.
• Optimize ads and make adjustments based on performance.
• Complete weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Assist with campaign strategy and new ideas.
• Set up new campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
• Keep up to date with the latest changes to social media and
  
  

advertising algorithms.

• Keep up to date with digital advertising trends.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and creative
  
  

development efforts to drive strong conceptual solutions.

• Establish project timelines within SmartSheets to ensure key
  
  

milestones are met and projects are delivered on time, keeping our

Marketing team ALLO-awesome.

• Being local is our core value, volunteer for ALLO and community
  
  

events.

Education

• Bachelor\'s Degree or 1-2 years of digital ad placement experience.
  
  

Experience

• Proven work experience managing digital ads.
• Demonstrable results for Google AdWords and Facebook/Instagram
  
  

campaigns.

• Experience running online campaigns from start to finish.
• A bonus would be certifications such as Google AdWords/Analytics or
  
  

similar certifications through Facebook.

• Professional experience representing a brand or company in a
  
  

public/online forum such as emails, website, or social media.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• Strong communication skills internally and externally when
  
  

explaining ad results to others.

• Owning the good, bad and indifferent results and keeping an open
  
  

mind on how to improve continuously.

• Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own
  
  

initiative.

• Advanced knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Nearly excessive knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook,
  
  

Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.

• Proficient in Microsoft office software, if you cant Excel, neither
  
  

can we.

• Its all about the details; scatterbrains need not apply.
• Attention to detail.
  
  

Requirements

• Remain stationary for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate information.
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Identif different colors.
• Possess/Maintain a valid Drivers License.
• Travel requirement: 10%.
