About our ITAD Business Unit:
Ingram Micro IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) is the leading provider of enterprise ITAD, on-site data destruction and e-waste recycling. Ingram Micro ITAD offers state-of-the-art solutions to address the return, refurbishment, repair and remarketing of technology products. Our services reduce the risk, cost and complexity of managing IT assets and consumer electronics in compliance with environmental and data security regulations.
With locations worldwide, we manage the entire asset chain-of-custody seamlessly for a secure and sustainable solution. Plus, industry expertise ensures maximum fair market value payout.
About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, results oriented sales professional to join our ITAD sales team.
Our Ideal candidate will have the following key skills and experience:
Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
Compensation: 60/40 split
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69,800.00 - $118,700.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance. - Channel industry sales experience
- ITAD industry experience
- Provide Market Insights: Ability to quickly gather in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer base, competitors and market.
- Develops specific sales strategies which will increase sales pipeline and allow for successful execution of future sales growth plans.
- Comfortable with a longer sales cycle
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Strong drive to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals as assigned.
- Ability to: demonstrate business and financial acumen, use influence effectively to drive ideas and initiatives with internal and external partners, multi-task, respond to rapid change, manage projects, manage detail, manage relationships and resources, and set realistic and achievable goals/objectives and timelines.
- Ability to travel up to 50% depending on location to key customers/partners.
