Make an Impact

Fossil Group is looking for a Demand Planner to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in planning for all channels of our Americas business by working with both Direct to Consumer and wholesale cross-functional teams.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Forecast monthly demand for rolling 18 months
  • Coordinate with Sales, Retail, and Ecom teams to develop a sku level forecast bottoms up that aligns to our tops down financial plans
  • Facilitate the regional inventory management strategy, including driving our liquidation and excess stock process
  • Assist in managing key metrics (sales, returns, markdowns/on order and margins)
  • Work with Supply planners to ensure proper flow and delivery of merchandise
  • Build and maintain various reports to assist in meeting sales objectives
  • Ad hoc special projects as needed
