- Deliver an exceptional vehicle handoff experience to customers
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits clearly and confidently
- Assist customers with initial setup of in-car systems and mobile apps
- Ensure a smooth and exciting transition from purchase to ownership
- Support the sales team with vehicle staging, lot organization, and customer follow-up
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Tech-savvy and confident in explaining modern vehicle features
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating great customer experiences
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
