The Data Analyst and Report Creation intern will be responsible for extracting data from various systems, analyzing the results, and summarizing the findings to support the Customer Connection Center's leadership team in both daily and long-term operations.

The Data Analyst and Report Creation intern will be responsible for assessing data and recommending solutions, collaborating closely with the C3 leadership to understand business needs. The intern will assist in developing reports that enhance team effectiveness by pinpointing key contributors and performance gaps.

The Data Analyst and Report Creation intern will be responsible for creating ad-hoc reports and analyzes as needed, communicating findings through reports, discussions, and presentations. The intern will join project teams to understand software platforms and their data capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with building and maintain regular, calendarized reports to improve operational efficiency, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines.
• Create ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed, and communicate findings through reports, discussions, and presentations.
• Join project teams to understand software platforms and their data capabilities, adapting to new systems and platforms as required.
• Work with data warehouses, databases, IVR systems, and various software systems to compile data into user-friendly formats.
• Make independent decisions on data retrieval methods and analysis approaches.
• Complete analyses with minimal errors and rework, addressing anomalies and understanding their causes.
• Display versatility in adapting to new systems and platforms.
• Problem-solve data issues, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all reports and analyses.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Graduation date of May 2026 preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Tableau and Alteryx preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Curious and analytical nature with a customer first mindset
  
  

Work Environment:

• Remote: open to all candidates regardless of location
• Part-time internship (20 hours/week) May – November 2025.
  
  

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
