How You'll Make An Impact:
As a Data Analyst, you'll employ your data storytelling skills to collaborate with both product and business teams, delivering insights and guiding key decisions. Reporting to the Director of Product Data Science, your focus will be on guiding product and growth features that will bring delight to our customers. As an integral member of our Product Data Science and Analytics team, you'll have ownership over substantial portions of our customer experience data. Your insightful analyses will be key inputs guiding product and business strategy.

How You'll Make An Impact:

In This Role You’ll Get To:
- Bridge the gap between product data analytics and data science by contributing to projects that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
- Design, analyze, and interpret experiments to inform product and business decisions.
- Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis, generating actionable insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Data Scientists to improve existing algorithms, build prototypes, and deploy solutions.
- Use statistical methods and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide transparency and guide decision-making across teams.
- Participate in improving data systems and processes to increase efficiency and access to insights.
- Deliver high-quality analyses that inform product decisions and enhance customer experiences.
- Support cross-functional teams with your insights and tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain systems that improve team efficiency and provide actionable insights.
- Actively contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration, helping elevate the capabilities of the team.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with a programming language such as Python or R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of statistics and experimentation techniques (e.g., A/B testing).
- Experience working with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear, quantifiable data analyses and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and apply new skills while sharing knowledge with the team.
- Experience working with both web and mobile data platforms, with an interest in understanding user behavior across different channels.
