As a Data Analyst, you’ll manage specific data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business.
What Our Data Analysts Enjoy Most
- Conducting data analysis in support of analytic solutions
- Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
- Integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
- Developing reports and deliverables for management and communicating with all levels of stakeholders
- Identifying and defining data quality improvements
- Creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
- Ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis
Required Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
- Experience: Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 2 years or more
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of SQL; knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Abilities: Work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment; quickly identify business problems & opportunities; manage multiple projects simultaneously; effective written and verbal communication skills
- Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
